Return Policy
You can return or exchange an item within 14 days from the date of purchase if:
- The item has not been used and is kept in its original packaging.
- The product retains all labels and factory markings.
- You have a receipt or other proof of purchase.
- The item must not be used or damaged.
How to make a return or exchange?

2.Packaging of Item: Please ensure that the item is properly packaged and ready for return.
3. Sending the goods: Send the goods to the address: Republic of Moldova, Chisinau, Moskovsky Avenue, 21. Returns can be organized by the company at your request, but the costs of shipping the returned goods are borne by the client if the return is not related to defective products.
4. Product Inspection: After receiving the product, our technician will inspect it. If all return conditions are confirmed, we will arrange an exchange of goods or a refund.
A refund
Once your return is confirmed, the funds will be returned to your bank account within 14 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the money to be credited to your account may depend on your bank's policies.
