D9 Grill & Oven is a powerful cleaner designed for regular cleaning of heavily grease stained kitchen areas. This highly alkaline detergent can effectively remove carbon deposits thanks to its formula containing lye, surfactants and solvents. The product is suitable for use undiluted for cleaning ovens and grills, and diluted for soaking and cleaning fryers.

Recommendations for use:

For ovens and grills:

1. Make sure the surface temperature is below 80°C, optimally between 60-80°C.
2. Apply undiluted product to the surface to be treated.
3. Leave for 5-30 minutes, depending on the degree of contamination.
4. Remove large stains with a brush or steel wool.
5. Rinse with clean hot water and let dry.

For deep fryers:

1. Drain the oil and close the valve.
2. Fill with water to the oil level.

1. Add cleaning agent.
2. Turn on the fryer and bring to a boil for 15-30 minutes.
3. After cooling and draining, remove residual dirt.
4. Rinse twice with hot water and leave to air dry.

For grill hoods:

1. Remove the hood.
2. Soak the elements in the solution for 15-60 minutes.
3. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and leave to dry.
